who is the bakla that they show on WOWOWEE during igiling giling?

they show him and play the howling sound.
i'm not talking about willie. i don't care what you people think of the guy, really. I just want to know who the bakla is! he's there almost every day…they show him dancing to the camera and they play a howling sound effect. i am not asking about your opinions about willie or wowowee. i just have a question about a bakla. thanks.
